Anonymous asked: Any chance of you guys pressing Hoffman Manor? Even just on CD?
jessefreeman asked: I know it varies, but in general, how long does the process of putting something out on vinyl take? From the band recording, to it getting sent out to kids and record stores. Always been curious. Also when can we expect State Lines preorders to go up?
orioleorgans asked: what is your demo/ep submission policy?
Feel free to ask questions... →
I know I’ve been kinda lame about answering them in the past but I’ll try to do a better job! Ask away if you so desire!
Anonymous asked: Where are you guys based?
modernlifeisraw asked: Heyo. Keep putting out good records! <3

Late Night Sing-Alongs: Review: State Lines -... →

Review by Jesse Freeman
Having just signed to Tiny Engines, I can see 2012 being a big year for State Lines. It’s only a matter of time before they’re up there with the Tigers Jaws and Joyce Manors of the emo-tinged pop punk revival we see more and more with newer bands. A place they fit right in.
SCORE: 8.5/10

So, Dikembe played with these guys on their recent tour and they were in our ear for us to check them out. And boy were they right! So, it’s with great pleasure we welcome Best Practices to the Tiny Engines Family! We’ll be releasing the band’s The EP LP in the Spring. Take a sneak peak at two tracks above! It’s a rager!

My review of Signals Midwest’s Latitudes And Longitudes just went up on the The1stFive. Check it out here. I absolutely loved this record, and definitely recommend giving it a listen if you’re into bands like Small Brown Bike or The Casket Lottery.
